Do you want to make money in currency trading with Forex?

Currency trading or FX trading is also called Forex. It is the largest market in the world. If I was someone with a higher tolerance for risk I would invest in Forex. And often times I throw stones at this type of trading the reality is you can make a lot of money. I am an American and I live in Poland and the USA. Whenever, the Forex rate is good I move money between the two countries. This way I in a sense trade Forex, in an informal way. I have done well, perhaps better than the stock market this year, it was the easiest money I made, however, I would not recommend it for everyone. I am someone who knows the local fx market in Poland.
How to make money in Forex
To make money in forex you have to be lucky. But beyond that you have to know the local market you are trading in. Just do not trade some currency you do not understand. Understand where the natural equilibrium point is for that currency. That is the most important point. When the PLN was at 2 to 1 to the dollar I knew this currency would drift back with time to the equilibrium of about 3 to 1. Find the equilibrium of your target currency and know that is going on in the market with speculators who are pushing the forex too high or low.
