Stock market and Elliott wave
Do not bother with trying to predict the stock market and Elliot wave ideas. I do not know anyone ever got rich with the Elliot wave theory, except the people who make money off you telling you can predict stocks with this wave theory. Maybe they did with luck but that was it. Elliot waves are too esoteric and abstract to work. Look at my post on the stock market to have a better solution for predicting the market.
I am sure that Elliott wave theorist will argue that you have to fit waves in 5 patterns etc but it does not work. There are simpler and more accurate ways to predict the stock market. So next time you hear someone mentioning Elliot wave in the same breath as the stock market give it as much credence as the year 2000 end of the world theory.
